Our job is to help our patients experience a higher quality of life through the care we offer. We are known for helping our patients experience excellent care in the process of gaining a beautiful, healthy and natural looking smile. We are always open to our patients suggestions and feedback.
Our patients
They are people who seek technically and artistically excellent dentistry and want to be treated with gentleness and respect. They are people who take responsibility for themselves and expect integrity from us. We see patients from all corners of the world and a broad range of styles. Most patients are naturally from SE Michigan, but others fly in from out of state. We enjoy the long term relationships that have developed over our 25 years in practice. Our Staff
PRACTICE MANAGER
Ann is our practice manager at Donaldson & Guenther, and most likely the first person you will meet, whether on the phone, via web or walking in the door.
DENTAL ASSISTANT, CDA
Mandy joined our office in September, 2010. Mandy has vast knowledge in the realm of dental sleep appliances, along with over 20 years of dental experience. Her warm caring approach fits right in at Donaldson & Guenther. She does a fabulous job with helping patients with their sleep appliances and their bite splints. We are very fortunate to have her as a part of our team.
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Jessi is the newest addition to Donaldson & Guenther. She will be assisting chairside, and you may get the opportunity to speak with her on the telephone,as she will be assisting in the front office as well. Her cheerful and fun attitude, bodes well with team D & G.
Jessi is very active in her church, and has been involved in many mission trips to Guatemala. She enjoys rock climbing with friends, and running, even sometimes competing. We are happy to have her as a part of our team.
DENTAL HYGIENIST, RDH
Kelly has been working at Donaldson & Guenther since 2003, and really enjoys her job. Our patients consistently comment very positively about her combination of gentleness, thoroughness and professionalism.
DENTAL HYGIENIST, RDH
Mary is a prevention specialist who works hard with each patient to help them reach the level of health they desire. 2011 starts her 17th year as a dental hygienist at Donaldson & Guenther, and she still really enjoys coming to work.
Dr. Kirk Donaldson
Kirk went to the University of Michigan for college, dental school (1980) and graduate school (1983). His master’s degree is in the dental specialty area of prosthodontics. Basically, he is trained to handle very complex dental restoration. That is where his expertise in dental porcelain and cosmetics started.
Dr. Kristin Guenther
Kristin climbed the dental ladder and put herself through school in the process. She worked as a dental assistant to pay for college and hygiene school. The chemistry department tried to recruit her for grad school, but her heart was in dentistry.All her degrees are from the University of Michigan.
