Donaldson & Guenther's goal is to first and foremost serve our patients with exceptional customized care. 

A new patient consultation appointment is the best way to discover if Donaldson & Guenther is the right dental practice for you.  We take the time to listen to your dental desires and address your concerns.  We do a thorough exam followed immediately by sitting down together and looking at the images of your smile and teeth, discussing findings from the exam and showing you what today's dentistry has to offer.  We respect that different people have different preferences and priorities, so we plan and organize your dental care with that in mind. Once we know what the short term and long term goals are, you will discuss your appointments and  financial arrangements with Ann in the front office.  She is an expert in dental benefit plans and at customizing arrangements so people can get the dentistry they desire. 

Some people know they are in great shape and just want a check up and cleaning as their first appointment. We do that. Others see us for a brief consultation about  implants, cosmetics, sleep apnea/snoring or as a second opinion.  We do that too.  We also see new patients to immediately address an urgent dental need.

 We will fully disclose the cost of your expected dental treatment.  We work very hard to avoid financial surprises for our patients, so we will contact insurances to determine what  your benefit level is.  In the end we will have a specific financial plan for you.  We are very knowledgeable in the many flexible spending, pre-tax accounts and work with you to ensure you receive your  full allotted benefit.

We accept all major credit cards for payment of services, Visa,Mastercard,Discover,American Express and Care Credit. Cash or checks are accepted. Minimum payment financing is available with credit approval. An optional vendor list available for financial lending options.  AND  Online payment coming soon!

We take your comfort seriously and we get excellent feedback from patients about how gentle we are with anesthetic and everything we do.  We use a variety of anesthetic and sedation techniques so patients are relaxed and comfortable during appointments. At Donaldson & Guenther, you have several options for whitening your teeth.  We stock a professional version of Crest White Strips that is stronger and less expensive than the store. It work well for people with rather straight teeth of normal color ranges. We also can do custom bleaching with  thin soft mouth guard-like trays. We show you how to properly use bleaching gel in the trays at home over a 2-4 week period.  For people that want a big jump start to their whitening, we provide Zoom bleaching.    Once again, we have options to suit your specific needs.
